About Stephen’s Pizzeria
Stephen’s Pizzeria hand tosses our “New York Style” pizzas using a 50 year old family recipe. The real secret to our recipe is that we make everything in house daily with only the freshest, high quality ingredients. Our pizza bakers make and roll our dough nightly. We choose and slice our vegetables every morning. We use high quality cuts of beef and pork to make our seasoned to perfection, sausage and hamburger. Then….the cheese….oh the cheese……We use a special, buttery blended pizza cheese that makes your taste buds sing with joy!

“Done right is an understatement! If you have never graced New York City for pizza, be thankful you can get it in Gray Tennessee. I have tried many pizza places in Tennessee and I was not happy. I eat pizza like it’s a food group. I can easily & effortlessly put down 2 pies. They use real mozzarella, not oil based, and they don’t dilute their sauce. When you put the best ingredients on a pie this is the result you get.... Also the dough is on point. Try light sauce, thin crust - that’s what makes it NY STYLE... Last thing the box has no oil in the bottom you will see me again & again!”
